References hereafter to “Broadstone”, “us”, “we” or “our” shall, as the context requires, refer to one or more of those companies.

The Website is intended to provide information to clients, prospects and potential employees about our professional services and solutions.

1.            Acceptance of terms and conditions

1.1          By using our Website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions on each and every occasion you access the Website.  If you do not want to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, please do not access or use the Website.

1.2         We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and you are advised to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.  Any modifications shall take effect 3 days after posting on the Website.  Your continued use of the Website after the terms and conditions have been changed will be deemed agreement on your part to such amended terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions were most recently updated August 2022.

4.           Submission of comments and contributions to the Website and Broadstone’s Social Media networks

4.1        You may submit comments to Broadstone, including without limitation for publication on our social media networks.  We accept no liability for data and comments submitted to our social media accounts and the limitations in clause 5 below (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability) apply.

4.2       Any comments submitted in connection with our social media networks are submitted on the basis that we will review and may edit such comments prior to publication on the Website, and that not all submissions will be published.  Publication is entirely at the discretion of Broadstone.  We accept no responsibility or liability in relation to the content of any material posted or published on this Website by third parties or in relation to contributions by third parties which we publish on the Website.  You are entirely liable for all activities conducted by you or by others authorised by you or otherwise on your behalf.

4.3       If, and to the extent that, you submit any personal data (such as your name and email address) to Broadstone through the social media networks, Broadstone confirms that it will only process any such personal data in line with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.  Please note that you may also be subject to the terms and conditions, privacy notice and cookie policy of any social network that you may use to share your use of this Website.

4.4       Any communications which we receive from you in connection with the social media networks and any material that you transmit or post or submit via this Website will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary and we reserve the right to use the content of such communications for any purpose whatsoever.  In relation to such contributions you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to such work world-wide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content, consistent with the privacy restrictions set forth in the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.  If you do not wish to grant such rights to Broadstone please do not submit your contribution to this Website or our social media networks.  By submitting your contribution to this Website, you also:

4.6       No user must post nor recommend any other website nor refer to specific URLs (website addresses) where those linked websites would infringe any of the above provisions.  No user must post any advertisement on the Website.

Broadstone may intercept and monitor communications entering and leaving our systems.  If you communicate through our systems you will be deemed to have consented to such interception and monitoring.

10.2     Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to which both parties submit.
