Your Graduate Journey

Why work for us?

We are committed to supporting you in your pursuit of professional qualifications through a generous study package. You would work within a friendly, supportive environment and quickly become an integral and valuable part of our actuarial team.

Your training would follow a structured programme, and be both fulfilling and varied with no two days being the same. This variety would afford you insight into the different roles available to you as your career progresses. Many of our trainees become client facing, some progress into management roles while others prefer to support the team internally. Whatever your preference, you will be encouraged and empowered to achieve your ambitions.

Who are we looking for?

We are always looking for people with the attitude and aptitude to support and improve our client offering. If you hold a degree* (2:1 or above), consider yourself to be organised and a good communicator, and would like to work for a company committed to providing all employees with fulfilling professional careers, then we would love to hear from you.

* Actuarial opportunities require a degree in maths or other relevant subject
