Marc joined Broadstone in 2020 as an Investment Consulting Director. As well as leading investment advice to a range of clients, Marc is responsible for helping to grow and develop Broadstone’s investment consulting services.
Marc previously worked as a Senior Investment Consultant at Momentum Investment Solutions & Consulting. Prior to this he was an Investment Principal at Mercer and started his career at Aon Hewitt. Marc graduated from the University of Southampton with a first class honours degree in Mathematics and Actuarial Science.
Marc is a qualified actuary and has 20 years’ of industry experience. He has worked with a broad range of UK pension schemes with assets up to £10bn. He advises clients on a full range of investment areas, including: setting strategic objectives, asset allocation, liability hedging, manager selection, implementation and monitoring.

Kenneth McClintock
Ken leads the Investment Consulting team which recently transferred from PwC. The team assists private individuals, family offices, trusts, charities and other institutional investors. Ken has over twenty years of experience in advising this wide range of investors. He was one of the key individuals that established the Investment Consulting team at PwC in 2009.
He leads on many of the most significant assignments for UK and international clients in relation to their approach to setting and implementing successful investment strategies, counterparty risk management, and ongoing investment performance analysis.
Prior to PwC, he worked in the Investment practices at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.
He is CFP Chartered MCSI. He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin with BA (Hons) in History & English.
Crevan Begley
Crevan joined Broadstone in 2019 and has over 13 years’ industry experience. He advises clients on a full range of investment areas, such as setting strategic objectives, asset allocation, liability hedging, manager selection, implementation and monitoring.
He started his career with Willis Towers Watson (formerly Willis) in Dublin. He also worked as a fixed income portfolio manager for the Central Bank of Ireland, fiduciary manager for Russell Investments and as an investment strategist for a large UK pension fund.
Crevan has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from University Colege Dublin and is a qualified actuary.

Rudolf De Lange
Rudy is a Investment Director in the Investment Consulting team. He provides investment consulting, strategy, performance analysis and assessment, and counterparty credit risk and treasury services to a broad base of UK and international clients.
An alumnus of the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa), he is a Fellow of the ICAEW (FCA) in the UK, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and has an MBA from the University of Tampa (USA).
Never underestimating the value of properly understanding his clients and their circumstances, this allows him and his team to identify and assess investment opportunities from a range of sources, supported by an unbiased and disciplined approach to investing. Proficient in technical and fundamental analysis of global investment portfolios, with experience across several regions, he utilises the skills from his range of roles and markets to ensure the best value-added outcomes for his clients.
Tim Russell FIA
Tim is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries with 16 years’ industry experience and joined Broadstone (then BBS) in 2018, having previously worked for HSBC and JLT. He is a senior investment consultant whose main role is to provide strategic investment advice to clients. Before advising clients on their investments, Tim was a scheme actuary, pensions consultant and corporate adviser. Tim has a Law degree from the University of Manchester. In his spare time, Tim enjoys travelling, although with a young family he is finding this increasingly difficult!

Nick Mellor FIA
Nick joined Broadstone (then BBS) in August 2007 after qualifying with a BSc (First Class) in Mathematics from Bristol University. He joined the investment team in July 2012, and supports the team in strategic investment reviews, performance reports and collating information on fund managers. He is also a keen chef specialising in baking, with his colleagues sampling his work from time to time.

Johanne Matte
Johanne is a Manager in the Investment Consulting team. She works with high-net worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors to provide specialist investment consulting solutions including investment strategies, manager due diligence exercises and performance reviews for investment portfolios.
Johanne has a particular interest in sustainable investing. She was a key member in the development of the team’s sustainable investing offering for the team. The offering incorporates ESG considerations across the investment consulting services, from elaborating an investment strategy, reviewing investment managers to ongoing monitoring and reporting.
Johanne previously worked in Abu Dhabi within the PwC Deals practice working closely with sovereign wealth funds. She started her career at PwC in audit.
Johanne graduated from HEC Montreal from the trilingual cohort. She also earned an MSc in Accounting and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston. She holds the CFA UK Investment Management Certificate (IMC) qualification.
Geoff Carr
Geoff provides investment consultancy advice to Trustees and employers, as well as providing full-service benefit consultancy advice to a portfolio of long-standing clients.
Geoff has over 20 years’ consultancy experience covering a range of pension scheme issues. He started his career at Hymans Robertson where he spent 10 years advising clients on all aspects of their pension arrangements. He joined Kerr & Company / Pope Anderson in 2002 and was an equity partner, heading up the firm’s investment consultancy practice prior to the move to Broadstone in November 2012.
As well as being a member of The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, Geoff also has a Diploma in Actuarial Techniques and a Diploma in Actuarial Science.

Nic Coleclough FIA
Nic is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and joined Broadstone in 2014, having previously worked for Deloitte and Towers Watson. He is a consultant for our Investment Services and supports the team in strategic investment reviews, performance reports and collating information on fund managers. Nic holds a Master of Mathematics with first class honours from the Open University and a BSc(Hons) from the University of Bristol in Biochemistry. Nic and his wife have two sons. In his spare time he enjoys cycling.

Charles McHardy
Charles is a Senior Manager in the Investment Consulting team. He has over eight years’ experience in financial services, providing both regulated investment advice and investment consulting services to HNW and UHNW private clients and their families, Trustees, investment partnerships, and corporate investors.
With a strong grounding in financial planning and wealth structuring, Charles provides holistic advice on a broad range of investment-related matters, such as strategy and objective setting, portfolio restructuring and risk management, investment manager due diligence and selection, implementation of investment mandates, and on-going performance monitoring. Ad hoc projects have included acting as an SME to a wider PwC team which advised the European Commission on the tax treatment of ‘business angel’ and venture capital investments across 20 countries.
Charles is an FCA-certified person and a Chartered Member of the CISI; he has completed the Private Client Investment Advice & Management (PCIAM), Investment Advice Diploma (IAD), and Diploma in Financial Planning qualifications. He graduated from the University of Bristol with a BA (Hons) in French & Latin, followed by the Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School.
Harvi Bhangu
Harvi is an investment consultant and part-qualified actuary who joined Broadstone in May 2018. He is part of Broadstone’s London team of investment consultants and research analysts, and provides advice to a wide range of UK based clients.
Harvi’s main focus is helping pension schemes meet their ultimate goal of settling all member benefits in full, bringing investment expertise and offering solutions at every stage of the journey. He has helped a number of clients to implement de-risking frameworks.
Prior to Broadstone, Harvi worked at Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM) as an LDI product specialist where he advised clients on investment solutions which met their de-risking frameworks. Prior to LGIM, Harvi worked as an investment consultant at JLT where he advised on all aspects of defined benefit pension arrangements. He began his career as an actuarial analyst at Alexander Forbes.

Simon Myers
Simon is a Manager in the Investment Consulting team. He provides specialist investment consulting, strategy, performance analysis and assessment, and counterparty credit risk services to a broad base of international clients.
Proficient in technical and fundamental analysis of global investment portfolios, with experience across several regions including the Middle East, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, he utilises the skills from his range of roles and markets to ensure the best value-added outcomes for his clients.
Prior to joining PwC, he worked as a consultant on several large bank investment projects, providing technical, specialist analysis across a wide range of investment products. He has also worked internationally as an independent wealth manager.
Simon holds the Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice and Management, as well as the Investment Advice Diploma. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
Mason Churcher
Mason is a Senior Associate in the Investment Consulting team. Mason primarily works with institutional and private investors on strategy setting, manager selection exercises and performance reviews and monitoring. He also works with the team’s treasury clients, producing analysis on credit and counterparty risk.
Mason graduated from the University of Bath in 2017, having completed a BSc in Mathematical sciences, and achieving Second class, first division honours. He is currently a CFA Level II Candidate.
Cornelie Demeure
Cornelie is a Senior Associate in the Investment Consulting team. She works with institutional and private investors on setting investment strategies, manager selection exercises and ongoing performance monitoring for multi-asset portfolios.
Cornelie graduated from Durham University in 2017, having completed a Masters in Chemistry, and achieving first-class honours. She is currently a CFA Level II Candidate.

Andrew Lane
Andrew is a Senior Associate in the Investment Consulting team. Andrew primarily works with institutional and private investors on setting investment strategies, manager selection exercises and ongoing performance monitoring for multi-asset portfolios.
Andrew has a particular interest in sustainable investing. His experience includes creating an ESG toolkit focused on embedding ESG across different asset classes targeted at pension fund trustees, as well as writing responsible investment policies for clients.
Andrew graduated from the London School of Economics in 2017, achieving a first-class honours degree in Economic History. He is currently a CFA Level II Candidate.
