NHS home workouts
You can also follow these home workout videos from the NHS, which includes a strengthening workout and a 10-minute cardio workout.

NHS sitting exercises

Pregnant women
If you’re pregnant, the Chief Medical Officer’s (CMO’s) advice is to start gradually if you weren’t active prior to pregnancy, and if you were then to keep going but listen to your body and adapt.
Staying active during pregnancy helps with mood, sleep and reduces the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes and weight gain.

Symptoms of multiple sclerosis can make it hard to exercise. So the MS Society has worked with personal trainer Dom to create a range of exercises for people with MS. These workouts are designed for different levels of mobility.
NHS pilates workout
The NHS has produced a pilates-inspired 30-minute workout suitable for people with several conditions including multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain and fibromyalgia.
Diabetes UK
Diabetes UK have put together some advice to support you in keeping active, well and managing diabetes while at home, whether you’re self-isolating or know someone who is.
