Recruitment Administrator

Role Purpose

Reporting to the HR Manager you will assist with all aspects of recruitment for Broadstone/20-20 to enable the business to provide a positive candidate journey from interview to on-boarding.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the Broadstone careers page is up to date with all current vacancies
  • Ensure all vacancies are advertised internally
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure vacancies are posted on LinkedIn
  • Use a variety of recruitment methods to attract CVs e.g. agencies, job boards, email campaigns
  • Update the HR recruitment tracker with current vacancies, hires, candidates and referrals
  • Update the HR ‘time to hire’ tracker
  • Collating CVs for all vacancies and sending to the hiring manager
  • Arrange interviews, including any tests, liaising with the hiring manager, candidates or any third party (recruitment agency)
  • Manage diaries to ensure all interviews are logged and interview rooms booked if required
  • Liaise with hiring managers regarding short-listing and outcomes of interviews to ensure a swift process
  • Ensure candidates are updated with regards to the outcome of their interview and provide feedback as appropriate
  • Coordinate the Recruitment Authorisation process
  • Liaise with appropriate recruitment agencies with regards to current vacancies
  • Support with Graduate Assessment Centres as and when required
  • Liaise with the wider HR team to produce offer letters/contracts
  • Produce recruitment MI for Board reports
  • Ensure unsuccessful candidate CVs are not held on file for longer than 6 months (unless specifically agreed with the candidate)
  • Any other administration duties which may be required from time to time to assist the wider HR team

Technical Knowledge and Professional Qualifications


  • Maths and English GCSE grade C minimum (or equivalent)

Key Skills

  • Strong team-working and communication skills
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
