  • Acquisition business case preparation
  • Due Diligence Support and Coordination

 

Technical Knowledge and Professional Qualifications

Key Skills

  • M&A origination
  • M&A execution
  • Financial analysis
  • Project management
  • Due Diligence – finance and legal

Experience required

  • 3+ year M&A experience
  • Worked within corporate finance team

Overarching Obligations

  • Adhere to all relevant laws & regulations, and Broadstone Policies & Procedures
  • Achieve a good standard of ethical behaviour, i.e. do the right thing at all times
  • Comply with all relevant professional standards
