We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our small marketing team as a Marketing Executive. This role is critical to help Broadstone manage its marketing activities supporting our drive for increased brand awareness, generating new business leads through targeted campaign activity and to support delivery of exceptional client communications.

We are seeking an individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is capable of working across a range of marketing disciplines including but not limited to: campaign management, marketing automation, digital user experience, digital marketing and client engagement.


What you will be doing:

  • Working with the Marketing Manager to devise and execute campaigns to support our marketing objectives
    • Responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building emails nurtures and owning the top of the funnel for lead generation
  • Be responsible for building and issuing centralised emails to our clients/prospects and reporting on outcomes
  • Run and manage the performance of our client feedback programme (NPS)
  • Owning our automated marketing activity, building workflows that enable us to communicate with prospects and clients to drive increased leads/engagement with our services
  • Analysing performance of our online buying journeys and making recommendations for change
    • Conversion rate optimisation
    • User behaviour analysis and recommendations for testing
    • Own the prospect to lead journey
  • Building out our automated cross sales activity. Agreeing with the business the schedule of activity and building the required collateral and tools to deliver. Reporting on outcomes of all activity and conducting test and learn campaigns


We are looking for people with the following skills/experience:

  • Ideally 2+ years working in a cross functional marketing team
  • Campaign management experience with online user experience/journey management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while staying focussed on the details
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM software (HubSpot/Sales Force preferred)
  • Experience working in a B2B marketing team
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign analysis and reporting
  • A flair for campaign analytics (Google Analytics, SEM Rush)
  • WordPress
  • PPC campaign management (Google Ads)
  • Attention to detail
