What will be expected of me?

A Service and Action Plan is agreed and regularly reviewed with all clients to encourage a serious business approach to growth and development.

We encourage companies to embrace commercial realities from the start of their time in the incubator, with the view that their time in the incubator is a protective and supportive fixed-term period of time.

During this time, companies within the incubator benefit from highly competitive lease costs and management charges which are designed to help developing businesses cover their running costs.
