New offices on 4th Floor

The first of a new suite of offices on the 4th Floor have just welcomed their first tenant - two days after he said 'Yes'.

The offices have been created as part of a refurbishment programme that is resulting in a new layout of almost half the whole floor. There are a variety of sizes of highly affordable spaces coming on stream.

The first tenant was so impressed with what was on offer that he wanted to move in as soon as possible. That was on Monday.

The team handling the refurbishment immediately concentrated on delivering the finishing touches and hooking up services  and on Wednesday afternoon he was able to move in - he even had a telephone line to plug into. with a number to give to his clients.

A well as the office as a base for his business, the new tenant plans to book conference rooms on an ad hoc basis to deliver his training programmes, all in the one building.

More tenants are now moving in to the units and further development of new office space is under way.
