Broadstone Mill is an ideal venue for a wide range of business and informal events whether these are meetings, workshops, training days, interviews or “away days.” Whether you require a venue for a few hours or a full day, Broadstone Mill has a range of space which be tailored to your event.  The Events and Conferencing team at Broadstone Mill can also assist you in planning your event with the provision of catering and equipment.

Space Available

There are 3 styles of conferencing and event spaces to choose from in Broadstone Mill depending on your requirements and there are various layouts available:

Conference Room

The Broadstone Mill Conference Suite provides a flexible conferencing and events environment with a capacity of up to forty delegates with the option for breakout rooms, WIFI and hotdesking facilities available onsite. This is an excellent venue for; training days, “away days” and networking events.

Meeting and Board Rooms

A variety of Meeting and Boardrooms are available to hire on an hourly, ½ day or full day basis. These rooms are ideal for confidential interviews, board meetings, appraisals or smaller working groups.

Gallery

The Broadstone Mill Gallery on the Upper Ground is available for more informal events.  The gallery is an unusual venue with a regular changing programme of exhibitions.  This space is ideal for relaxed networking and drinks receptions, or product launches Shown on the left is the Gallery space with its mezzanine level.

Room Layouts

We have a variety of room layouts available including; Boardroom, Hollow Square, Theatre, Classroom, U-Shape and Cabaret.
